Images generated using our AI follow current copyright and ownership laws. However, for images featuring copyrighted characters, landmarks, persons, or other protected content, the respective laws and rights will apply.

Users are probihited in engaging in any form of harassment, including but not limited to flaming, doxxing, or unethical activities towards other users and our staff within our platforms. We will take action on such behaviors as we see fit.

We reserve the right to delete any images that have been reported as inappropriate or requested to be taken down by copyright owners.

5. User Bans and Denial of Services

We reserve the right to deny services or ban users who violate our terms of service. In such cases, we also reserve the right to deny refunds for paid credits to banned users.
